Address validation is very important for anyone using a LogicMark medical alert device via Wi-Fi. This allows us to ensure that emergency calls are properly routed to your local 911 dispatch.
If the app is not recognizing your address as typed, you may need to adjust how you are spelling the address. For example, “Street” may need to be changed to “St.” or “Avenue” to “Ave.”
