Returns and Exchanges

Returns are accepted within 30 days of your delivery date for orders placed on logicmark.com and shipping within the contiguous United States. Products must be in re-sellable condition in original packaging. LogicMark does not provide Return Shipping Labels. After we receive your approved returned items, we will process your refund onto your original form of payment. A Restocking fee of $6.95 will be withheld from each returned order. Please allow 5-10 business days from receipt of your returned item(s) for your refund to post. Please note that all International, Hawaii, and Alaska addresses are final.
