To remove the lanyard, locate the lanyard attachment point on the top of the device. Hold the device securely in one hand and release the lanyard connector by sliding or unclipping it from the attachment point. Gently pull the lanyard free from the device. Removing the lanyard allows you to switch to another wearing option, such as the belt clip, based on your preference.

If you would like to reattach the lanyard, simply secure it onto the designated attachment point until it is firmly in place.
