Where can I find the network name for my Wi-Fi?

The first place you may find the name of your Wi-Fi Network may be on your Wi-Fi router. Try looking on the side or bottom of the router for a sticker with the name of the network.

If you cannot find it on the router, you may be able to find it on the smartphone you are using to set up the device. Go into the smartphone’s settings and find the Wi-Fi settings, if you are already connected to the network, it will appear there.

Note: You will need to connect your smartphone to the same Wi-Fi network you are looking to pair the device to.
