How does the Care Village app work?

The Care Village app gives users two options to connect directly to help in an emergency. Depending on the device’s configuration, users can set it to call a caregiver or to call 911 directly.

If a device user contacts 911 directly, their caregivers will also receive notifications from the app, letting them know about the potential emergency. They can also view device information like battery life, fall detection status, and emergency event history!
