What do I need to set up a medical alert device with the Care Village app?

To set up a device, you must have the device present and be within range of the Wi-Fi network you would like to connect the device to. Open the device and open the QR code on the device.

Open the Care Village app and click “Add a Device” on your home screen to begin the pairing process on your smartphone.

Note: If you are not able to access the QR code, you will be able to enter the device ID manually in the app.
