How do I call my pre-programmed contact on Freedom Alert Plus?

Hold the Emergency Button down for 2 seconds on the device. You’ll then hear a voice prompt say, “Choose someone to call”. From there, select “Call caregiver”, and the device will connect to the caregiver whose contact information has been pre-programmed into the device.
