Am I able to change which 911 operator will be dispatched by the monitoring service?

To do so, open your Care Village app to the Home Screen. Select the device you would like to update address information for and enter the device profile screen. Click the pencil icon to edit information regarding the device, you may enter the updated address information. Make sure to save your changes!

*Make sure that this is the address that emergency services will be dispatched to in an emergency.*
