How do I check for updates on Freedom Alert Plus?

Your device must have above a level to install an update. If your Care Village app home screen shows a “Recharge Battery Soon” message, your device must be charged before installing an update.

Once the battery is above 30%, you can confirm this in the Care Village app on the Connected Devices screen), plug the device into a wall outlet and it will automatically check for updates.
